By accessing or using the Merexa website (merexa.com.au) and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Merexa provides a construction operations and project-management platform that connects projects, workforce, documents, daily operations and financial performance. The Service is available to authorised users who have been invited or have registered for an account.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account access with unauthorised individuals.
• Account access is granted based on your assigned role and permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Merexa platform, including project information, documents, daily entries and staff records. You grant Merexa a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the Service to you and your organisation.

The Merexa platform, including its software, design, branding and content, is the intellectual property of Merexa Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at merexa.com.au/privacy-policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Merexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merexa Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@merexa.com.au.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
